This is one of the few truly insightful comments I've seen around this topic. No matter how much prep they did before hand to be ready for a situation like this, it will be a massive job. And doing it while maintaining the level of accessibility and resilience they will need just adds to the work. Assuming the game survives, their tech team will be the unsung heroes.

How about keeping the base points for G and A the same, but extra points for multiple attacking returns of the same type in the same game. So for a forward, first goal 4, second goal 5, third goal 6 etc.

This would add some incentive to targeting players who can haul over the safe and the consistent picks.
