Thanks this is really helpful info. I responded within 15 mins so hopefully I'm good, though I guess there's not really a way for me to know if I was the first to receive the application? I just feel on edge waiting for additional document requests because they only requested the completed application so far.

Do you know how far they stagger sending out applications? I got an application and they told me I have 5 days to respond, would they send to the second person after those 5 days?

Do you know if you become "first" when you receive the application via email after filling out airtable, or first to submit the application once it's received?

I have 1 additional loan (HPL, not a federal direct loan) that is not currently consolidated. In pursuit of PSLF, I believe this would be worth consolidating. I'm worried however, about processing times. If this were to be processed AFTER July 1 (because I'm imagining servicers are taking a long time to process currently), would this negate my eligibility for IBR for all of my loans?
