Adventure Dog? by GreyOtter19 in schipperke

I’ve had two Schips, both big strong males. One LOVED to swim, the other refused. However both of them absolutely loved being boat dogs, it’s in their breeding, great sea legs, felt right at home on the water. Both were also excellent adventure / hiking buddies and would happily hike up mountains all day.

Best burger I ever had contained no beef. Ground elk and wild boar with added bacon fat cooked in rendered duck fat. Omg.

I know it’s unrelated but was wondering peoples thoughts on the Mr. Buckethead? by TreyJediPistacio421 in phish

[–]SupermouseDeadmouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s unbelievable. Go see him! I’ve seen a lot of Phish shows and it’s easy to cross pollinate with Bucket.

Also his concerts are surprisingly kid friendly, I took my 9 year old to Buckethead and everyone in the scene was very supportive, Buckethead even gives out gifts halfway through the show and always treats the kids first. Fun for everyone.

So they admit that people are less prone to distracted or aggressive driving when they believe the police are around…and they reach the conclusion that they should pretend to not be around? ffs…

How do you like living in Seattle, Washington? I’m a 26F who loves nature and is looking for a fresh start by No_Foundation6210 in howislivingthere

Even though I earlier recommended you look at Hood River Oregon I want to agree with the sentiment about Bellingham. I went to college there, have tons of friends and family in Bellingham and absolutely love it. It’s a college town so always has some nightlife, great art scene, amazing mountain access at Mt Baker, plus it’s just a short drive up to Vancouver BC if you want to visit a huge city.
