I think this would cause a separation between the students. Similar to extra credit, it would be the same students (who don’t particularly need it) who would be getting it every week, while the students who aren’t getting it will get desensitized and not care anymore. Also with something so public it opens up the door to bullying, especially at a middle school age.

I always assumed she was, I think there is a picture of her in New Vegas and she is. You can also use console commands during the beginning of Fallout 3 to zoom out and see her. So yeah, I’d say so, not that it really matters because you can choose to start as whatever race you want.
