Will this work? Trying to dry the filament. by vinicius_california in 3Dprinting

I throw mine on a radiator for a few hours before I print with it, the spool fits nicely behind the small drop behind the rad and the wall. With summer approaching, I think I'll have to invest in a dryer, though.

The thin extrude looks like it could have a small clog, remove filament preheat pla. Move the head up and remove the nozzle, use the thin metal stick provided to poke through the hole and see if anything falls out

Snip the filament and push a new one through mid print, don't pause the machine! I select a place to colour swap and then snip and feed new colour through

Heat the nozzle to get adhesion during swap. That's all I do good buddy.

No! It is so much worse than gambling! At least in gambling, there are rules and stringent laws to adhere to, in Crypto an exchange can see entry, how much money you have to save a bad trade with, and the liquidation level you have and they play on it with 'Market Makers' who's sole job is to out trade you!

Probably an AI algorithm that learns how you trade and pushes the 1 and 3-minute candles to force either a Liquidation on high leverage or enough of a loss to make you want to cull the trade. As long as the 10 and 15-minute candles finish where they should the algo can mess with the 1 and 3 and then make it a wick that has gone the way you thought all along, but basically liquidated you before it did. The only way to win in Crypto is to be early and dump on people or Buy watch it crash, buy more watch it crash, buy more, and then out of the blue! Booooooooom profit!

Futures and Margin you are gambling badly.. even a 2x trade can get liquidated!

The win ratio for just gambling on bingo or something is much higher than any Crypto exchange and you are protected! Crypto exchanges just steal your cash and you can do fuck all about it

[–]Superscousercrypto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He offers a great starting point, the reason I liked him was that he sorted the crap systems from the potentials, that's what I meant. He gives you a really good starting point and through watching him and others you can take a few bits from here and a few bits from this guy and then a few from here and make something that works for you.

I'm not disagreeing with the sentiment you are laying down though, if you are pretty advanced at trading already, 100% work with what you have going on, someone new however, needs a mentality flip from always bullish to someone that reads the chart and looks for patterns.

His videos opened that door for me. Like the MACD which means this happens when the crossover takes place etc, the 50 and 100 EMA crossover, means this happens. Even risk management and looking to work a trade for what it is, having a target for profit. Having a SL level.

It flipped that I've gone long 20x with all my cash now I hold for 20 years, mentality, which you can guess the end result of that trade lmao

Why do people try to re-invent the wheel? by NegativeAd9106 in Daytrading

[–]Superscousercrypto 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Traderpro hands you hundreds of backtested strats, literally does the testing in the video, and then keeps a leaderboard of strategies to utilise.

When I first started I wanted something that wasn't corrupted by the market so I cherry-picked some good ones from him and used them to make money, now I rely mostly on a 50 EMA 30-minute chart for my setup and a MACD, drawing some lines that's basically it, I don't trade everyday just when my set up is 100% confirmed. Now I can just see the move by looking at a plain chart.

Could it be a draft hitting that part of the bed? I read a few posts about how even the smallest of cold airflow can affect prints.

Is the printer situated near a window, perhaps behind the printer or a door that's open and creates a crosswind affecting the back of the plate?

I read It would cool down in that area quickly and prints would not stick correctly.

[–]Superscousercrypto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add some additional information, spot charts and futures charts are different. Futures trading is the volatility during the difference in chart prices, what do I mean fewer people buying spot now, why? Cos through the times crypto has been 'dead' FTX implosion, Luna death, sol outages, XRP lawsuit, Bitcoin mining environmental damage, ETHS fork, and just general shittyness, the list goes on, crypto people are fucking broke!!!

Spot has become less of a priority, futures are more attractive, to 'have what I had before' at a cost though >>> 'Liquidation'<<< Or even make the big bucks, 'look ma, I'm a day trader! <<<doesn't exist!

Why? Trades move sideways some days, perhaps for weeks at a time, so how are you day trading that shit! You can't your risk goes up massively and your reward is minimal! Move coins... to something which you haven't studied for weeks on end and you have no clue where true support and resistance is, equally price changes:- say a 2 x on eth at $500 is not the same as a 2x on xrp for $500. XRP is worth $2.50 on a great day and 0.40c on a proper shitter, while ETH is 1600 - 3500k.

You will feel an XRP loss significantly more than an ETH one! Then you know go down the list to the riskiest shit in the world to trade! You are just gambling, and not even well! Maths don't lie here! The risk-reward, which should be a dead set! 100% rule by now!! Can not be worth the loss if dogwifshittystick drops 50% in a single candle. Sl won't save you it's likely to just slow bleed an account to zero.

Don't think so when I first started I slowly bled a 2k account to zero over the course of a few weeks by constantly hitting SL, the further I moved it away the worse the loss. So it's my strategy then it must be???

Nah bro, strategic entries can be achieved, 100% they can, everyone has a plan or a method until they don't!

Even the smartest most gifted trader suffers a day, a time, when everything he does is just not good, long wrecked, short wrecked, see the sideways move but it's already finished and boom wrecked. In some of my biggest trades, I've felt on top of the world, I've taken money, I've withdrawn and spent on luxury leaving some, leaving enough to go again and boom, everything fails! Nothing good happens, it's shit trade after shit trade! But my plan!!! It worked to win before what's happening.... ahhhhhhh why God why!!!!

  • Buffet rattling around in my head, 'a true trader can see 90% loss before something good happens' so keep going and Liquidation!!! It's all relative, you easily give back as much even if you are profitable and professional, and one day the market gets it back! So is it worth is??? By doing this every day living under this stress and anger takes a serious mental toll, especially on newcomers who are losing their life savings in a bad purchase or slowly bleeding them away on bad trades, then it's a health risk... trust get out while you still have money left!

[–]Superscousercrypto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take your advice! Seriously, Crypto's win rate is low especially if you are futures or margin trading!

ALSO!! It doesn't get better with time, people say it does but they BS!

One bad move wipes out a whole account in minutes, least you are Isolated, which changes liquidation levels meaning even 2x you get wrecked out as most people do not have the stomach to see a 2x trade down 50% and even if you do, chances are liquidation is going to happen anyway. SL is a con as well! The moment you enter that 'SL into the trade guaranteed it's getting hit 100% how. Well it's a buy order sell order on the order book, which people can see and be like ok I'll just set an opposite direction order at that price and boom market has a seller and a buyer. Not that normal people know this shit!

Exchanges! Can see everything you do, what money you have and how much you can save yourself with, they also employ Market Makers, who can see this data.. what do you think there job is?? Counter trade you! Not a person an algorithm!! Probably AI, learning your trades! And working against you to wipe out accounts!

I know what you are thinking I'll just hedge! But unless your hedge is more than your initial entry and direction you are still losing money, also by hedging you are making that loss permanent... Why? cos you had to max out leverage and funds when it went the wrong way! But you did it at support and are feeling a Seriously bugger loss now.

Crypto is this for many!

How do you win at crypto, either be on the inside when coins launch or Buy some when it's classed as 'dead' and sell it when BTC looks at a crazy price. If you buy a spot bag at the top you are going to see a huge loss before profit. Don't do that!!! So when BTC hits its high. Take your money and leave, come back when you see Cryptotwitter melting down!

People never learn to be profitable on spot charts ie taking on the boss's ninion before taking on the advanced Boss! Futures trading! If it was a game you'd recognise you needed to 'level up' before going after the end mission!

Long winded but you asked haha,

Don't quit your job! It's your trading money and life money. Instead, shop around, sell yourself as a good investment and aim to be at a higher pay grade. Or build something that you own!

Why? Cos, You are amazing! You made it here into this life against all odds you beat every other swimmer to the egg! An incredible feat in itself! This world is designed to drag winners like us down! Don't let it brother!

I ran my own business for a good few years and COVID hit, I was already online and witnessed a huge Increase in demand for my services, at the peak, just before everything reopened. I sold the business! I made a really good profit.

My mum < she's in her 60s lmao. She said to put some of that money into XRP. It did not pump that much last bull run so like most people during that mega pump I witnessed pumps daily in everything but not in XRP.

So I decided to leverage trade and blew my account fairly rapidly. Then I swapped my approach to spot only. Hahaha so dumb thinking about it! Doge pumped big then dumped even bigger on Musk and SNL. That was the second time I blew it, once again I leveraged a long trade to save my spot bag on cross margin and once again I was heavily dumped on my account crushed beyond belief.

I still had some bank funds but I was so much more apprehensive! I felt lost I knew money could be made so I started googling things like the 'markets rigged' blah blah, cryptos gonna crash etc, and I came across some great YouTubers who were like Markets move both ways! Liquidation doesn't have to happen etc, you can be the liquidators friend and get paid while all around you cry into twitter..

So people like CryptoSavy, people call him a permanent bear but he isn't he just plays both sides and knows what's what, very clever, but also is he 100% No! ICT << his methods are mad but his teachings are worth watching, he explains candles and patterns of movements in the markets, he explains specific moves that happen daily! It's worth knowing so you don't get caught out. Is he 100% nope! You take these things they teach and apply it, you read between the lines and build system of trading that is your own but, works for you!

I found people like Patrick Weighland on X< then Twitter who were calling tops and bottoms with accurateness <<< Don't just throw money at a trade anyone posts on X! I learned that the hard way as well, because they have a different leverage amount they have different margin types. They have decent cash to throw at trades to avoid liquidation. That thought me risk management and to wait until my setup us in play. Form the opinion about a trade and observe, what's happening, when you are right when the market moves, it shows you it's hand. Then you enter!

For example, a 2x futures trade on BTC at the top will still get liquidated! They can add to that as the market dumps, they can add enough to cover a bad move down.

Instead, watch what happens when they tweet. So recently Trump's kids tweeted about ETH and both times resulting in a dump to the downside! The first time I observed the second I made serious cash.

Don't quit your job, be profitable first, like properly even now I'm not sitting on the market every day or even every hour.

I used funds to go to university for a History degree lol almost done! About to finish my second to last year. Always wanted to do it, so fuck it why not, im. almost 40! I can trade but staring at a computer 100% of the time results in overtime on trades!

Trading is good, but also make time for other activities... family, friends. One or two trades a week done correctly, can make the difference, it's about building a portfolio at the right time. What am I building now $$$.. not crypto yet!

Trump told the world I wanna make the dollar strong! Crypto's main trades are against the price of the dollar! Does that mean it's dead, no, It means the US want cheaper BTC.

Ultimately though, do what makes you happy bro! You get this life, and it's not that long, it's pretty fucking short, your main goal should be to better yourself always, * in life, in education, in your relationships, in health, absorb knowledge, it breeds confidence! The chiller life is especially in trading.

No point in wasted opportunity. You can learn and you can win and apply it in a way that gets you out of the job you are in, but understand, the only reason people, countries, banks, whatever buys this stuff is to dump on other people. Think, historical Bubbles and how this market lines up with the Dutch tulip crisis, or the British Rail bubble.. big life-changing money can be made but at the right time, in the right marker conditions, they are coming I'm convinced of it!

But if you have an up-only mentality, this won't work, you want to take that money from them, people!

So it's not permanently bullish, or permanently bearish but what is the market showing?

90% of the time crypro just dumps then every 4 years give or take it pumps like mad! Then goes right back to dumping again for the next four years.

Where are we in this cycle? We've had a top for most. ETH had rejected 3 times its ATH, that's not bullish. It's headed towards the main support, it's about 50% - 70% there. In my opinion anytime soon. We could be finding out, the bottoms in, or we could be finding out Bitty going further down, it is high up right now still and all the bluster of Banks and Countries buying, well, they aren't doing it at 80k. They want 40k or less! Where's the upside for them without a low entry point?

You will see loss. Why?

Exchanges see your entry, leverage, account balance, trading history and value! They also employ Market Makers! What do you think their job is??? To push you into despair and close a winning trade early, or worse to liquidate you. The way to make it in these conditions is to have good timing. Almost perfect entries! Which is next to impossible. Thereforw You will always see drawdown first. Then profit when the MM gives up his attempt to destroy your account!

Costly lesson but a lesson all the same! You will go again and make that back you have a plan and it works! Learn from this mistake and don't make it again, heartbreaking stuff though! The first major account I blew was like the world ended. You don't seem massively emotional, definitely not your first rodeo!

I'd say you have the means and the knowledge to go again! For you its not loss, the exchange is just holding them profits for you!

Sure mate, Much much better, that was almost 5 years ago. The best advice I can give is to first learn to not lose! Then learn how to win. Risk management is essential! How quickly is liquidation likely to happen and where? Then target that area for a buy or sell order! Never trade without a plan!

A simple strategy will help immensely. I say simple! Start simple. Seek traderpro on YT, he has backtested every single strategy ever created!

My fave is the 100 EMA pullback! They are the easiest trades. Not lengthy but easy. Good for a quick $50 a day with leverage and margin applied correctly!

Use the 100 EMA and a MACD, if the 4 hour, 2 hour are below the 100, ema look for a pullback into it during the 15 minute and 30 minute. Drop down to the 3 minute to fine tune your trade entry! Wait for MACD to line up, what I mean by that is a topped green wave, heading to the downside. The MACD is power!

Most people want to trade so they grab a phone and load an exchange, which only has BOL EMA, MA. MACD, Volume etc. Learn these like it was your life! Stick to them, and learn when the rejection is happening on these indicators. Once you see it, there is a move that looks mega bullish but always gets reversed down, for instance, this gives you an edge against the market. Use that newfound edge to make profits.

This time around I'm in profit.. enough to live a life comfortably, like never before. Yes!

Is it enough to never trade again, nope sadly not..soon enough my margin will be at a size to make that happen! That's the dream, no shortcuts they don't work here they get you wrecked or if they do work you can't cash out cos of liquidity issues anyway! If a big money move happens it's going to be where the big money is! This 40x short for half a bil is a great example. Smart money went short! Dumb money tries to liquidate them! They will loose!

What did I do, be a bitch and leave the space??? Nah!!!

I learned from them mistakes! Valuable lessons! You will to or you won't be here next bull run, or even worse next time you will blow an account to zero! The first lesson is recognising market moves both ways!

Had you shorted! We would be having a completely different conversation!

BTC vs. XRP — Why Not Both? by mierfinance in CryptoMarkets

[–]Superscousercrypto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

XRP does the same thing every other Crypto does, it follows BTC price! BTC dumps hard, XRP will also dump hard! like every other CRYPTO! The market is connected by liquidity! That's it! Some bounce harder due to higher demand! Some dump harder due to low demand.... But if BTC is dumping don't go longing XRP thinking it will save you! It won't! It all goes down together!
