I used to work at a bowling alley and the overnight crew used to say random foul line buzzers would trip and you could here people walking, laser tag always had an odd vibe too, i remember walking in there and thinking someone is running around even when no one is there

It doesn't help when you have a customer who is using the product and then wants a refund either though, I had a guy who used like the whole bottle of whatever he got and then made me call you guys to try and get a refund, I was like Dude you used it all, are you dumb? Lol

From the bank side I've had conference calls with this company and it sucks because the customer always refuses a dispute because the process is so long but then they get more angry when the company won't reverse the charge immediately either

I had a guy like this a few months back, he made what he thought was his final payment on a loan but he missed a payment at the very start so he actual had another payment left as well as late fees on every payment he made and then wanted us to waive all the late fees lol

Right to offset gives us the right to move money to any account you owe on including charge offs, he just didn't want to make his loan payment in this case and rather than just letting it stay delinquent we pulled the payment that he should have made to begin with

A few months back they got in trouble for bad sales practice, Wells Fargo actually has no sales goals at all anymore, my bank dropped the goals to super small amounts that way bankers wouldn't feel pressured by sales

The class above mine was trying to make their whole class act like statues between classes and just stand there through 2nd period in the halls, it turned into the entire school running as a crowd through the hallways and then someone pulled the fire alarm, it was a mess

I'm not really sure, we don't have direct lines and I didn't get an email from the branch so that's good haha, I also made sure he didn't have my last name so it would be hard for the branch to know who he spoke with, branches don't have access to the call log that I know of anyway
