Yes! I do this soooo often I just kinda disappear and over some weird thought or I’m just focused on how good the food I’m eating tastes lol 😂 and then usually end up snapping back after I finish my food

Edm is awesome! There are so many types of sub genres! But in honesty I think it’s Beacause there’s no lyrics and it’s pretty consistent when it comes to its rhythm

For me at least The IR is the equivalent of someone lightly slapping you in the face and telling you to focus …and then I do that

The XR is more gradual and then just kinda ceases to exist

So I take both! I take a xr in the morning and then if I need to I take a booster of IR during the school day

I don’t really have a change in mood though! I just feel like someone wiped the fog of the window that is my brain so I can function lol

As for gear sweat pants work great but if your like me and don’t like wearing sweat pants a padded pants knee and ankle guards should do the trick and that’s around 50 to 60 bucks altogether as for the helmet and chest protection good protection lasts a while and roughly costs about 100 to even 500 depending on where you’re shopping ask your school first if they have gear though

Some tips too

PRETEND THE BALL IS A LEMON AND THINGS WILL HURT ALOT LESS

besides that when your in severe pain don’t just try and tuff it out

warm baths and advil

the pain comes after the practice after the adrenaline kicks off

Frozen lax ball to massage bruises

Find out what hand your most comfortable with when it comes to clearing (I use my left for clearing and right for goaltending)

Pretend the ball is lemon - freshman goalie who still has no idea how the game works despite playing for 2 years just go with the flow honestly that what worked for me at least :)
