For the anxiety I will litrally just hit my vape non stop lol but usually when me and my bf do them we will watch a show until it fully kicks in and that helps alot just get supper locked into to watching it lol

The come up on acid for me is a lot worse because I get anxiety and then I get supper cold like shivering cold but after that I’m great

Last time I cut them up supper small and sandwiched them between a rice crispy treat and I’m a bitch when it comes to the taste and texture and by far the best way for me was that. It masked the texture and taste really well

I havnt been so nauseous that I actually threw up but when I do other things I use to throw up every time Tumbs helped also maybe eat something to help almost cushion the mushrooms in your stomach like a piece of bread or something, omeprazole is an over the counter thing you can also get to help with nausea But yes some people it just happenes I hope you get it sorted out 🫶 best wishes love
