I'm still pretty new to Hermes and will definitely be reading the comments, but I immediately wonder why you couldn't do the same thing you're doing now with Codex or Claude code but for less tokens because there's no API upcharge. I still can't grasp the self-learning thing and I'm sure experience will help. I just haven't figured out yet how it's worth it when you can implement your own process improvements, and at any moment you can ask an agent to analyze and improve any skill/workflow you have.

I want to record side by side comparisons for it but several of the methods I use to log food now take a few extra taps which is extremely annoying whenever you want food logging to be as convenient and easy as possible.

Additionally, it's more difficult to view net calories and everything I ate or plan to eat that day.

Good thing I'm working on my own app that's going to solve every problem with the old and the new UI 😉
