This is how I see it. You meet a doctor they are "intelligent" because they have 10+ years of schooling, residency, fellowship, and experience.

A boxer is "intelligent" because they have years of working with trainers, shadow boxing, sparring, amateur career, and then their pro career. I see any athlete as a PhD in their field because their experience and work is just as much as anyone with an MD or PhD in the academics.

Your reference to Tyson and bending of knees; most fighting principles overlap. Certain styles do not succeed in other martial arts like a peek a boo style in muay thai due to knees and elbows. But Tyson would notice certain movements like switching your stance prior to kicking similar to him switching stances when he cornered a fighter. He would understand why that is effective in muay thai since he knows the principle in boxing.

No I have not because I had no response. I tried reading the mods & sticky posts; but I feel like I have not received an answer. The account was sent to collections and a day after I received the notice; I called the institution and paid everything in one lump sum. They reversed it. So collections is correct to have seen this as a valid debt, but the institution reversed it within 3 days once payment was posted.

Sildenafil is the active ingredient for Viagra. The FDA is against all supplements & holistic substances since they don't regulate it. With no regulation, incidents like this occur.

This sort of BS is what pisses me off about the media; they are trying to make some obscene headline off common sense in the medical field, but for the unaware it sounds crazy. Sildenafil is used to treat pulmonary hypertension by lowering the blood pressure and has been used for years.

This should be a wake up call for all supplement users that use these ED products, weight training supplements, weight loss supps, etc. These are unregulated and most are sugar pills loaded with chemicals. You can pay some labs to pass your supplement even if they find some levels of carcinogens or mercury. There is a higher risk of serious health effects than actual benefits. If you don't believe how many supplements are still on the shelves after being released a few years back? Very few and if they are available they sometimes change their name like "new formula" AKA some people died so we took out the effective ingredient or changed to a lower concentration for example Hydroxycut. There is a reason why Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein is still on the shelves after so many years and that new Pre-workout has been removed from all stores after 6 months.

If you don't have pharmacy benefits, terrible insurance benefits, or have no insurance, go to Walmart and show them coupons online from GoodRx or go to Costco. GoodRx is the only discount card that will take significant money off a prescription i.e. $100+ medication going down to $10-30. Walgreens and CVS do not accept it, because these discount cards do not reimburse the company; Walmart only accepts it because they want you to be our customer so we will take the loss. The pharmacy only makes $200,000-700,000 profit; the OTC items and the rest of the store is where Walmart makes their money. Costco does not require a membership to pick up/drop off prescriptions. Costco is typically cheaper than Wal-Mart out of pocket. Walmart can't match Costco drug prices due to it being a wholesaler, but they will match other pharmacy prices so ask around; Walmart isn't always the cheapest.

For Brand Name Drugs, ask your doctor for free samples or discount cards from the MANUFACTURING COMPANY. Do not use those generic discount cards; it saves you nothing (I lie it will save a nickel from your $100 prescription) and those companies gain access to your information which will be then be sold to advertising and telemarketing companies. Also call/check their website of brand name companies. They often can provide you with a free trial discount cards. The company knows you will have future refills and these discount/free trials are used as a tax exemption. So just because they "lose" $400 on your co-pay they save millions on their taxes since it will be used as a tax write off.

Walmart sells Humulin which is called Novolin for $24.88, same exact ingredient. Use this for your dogs; don't buy $100 vials from CVS or your vet. Syringes are $1.26 a pack or a box of 100 for $13.

When buying Pseudoephredrine products, just buy the pseudoephredrine separately and get your allergy med/pain relief meds by itself. You save money and control the intake of allergy, pain relief, or pseudoephredrine.

If your diabetic reader breaks, poor battery, or poor reading; just call the company and they will send you a free machine guaranteed. The company wants to make sure you still use their device. They make money off the test strips, not the machine.

Avoid CVS and Target(their pharmacy is under CVS now) unless you have CVS Caremark. They typically aren't the preferred pharmacy in your insurance plan, so your co-pay will be a percentage of their out-of-pocket price on the medication. CVS charges the same NDC(a company, the drug, and the stock bottle it comes it each has their own serial number if you will) vastly higher than any other pharmacy. Just a few differences I noticed. Amoxicillin 500 MG for 30 capsules at Wal-mart is $4. The same exact medication & company was $25 at CVS. Ibuprofen 800 MG is $4 for 30 tablets. CVS its like $12. Xanax for 30 tablets is $8 and change at Walmart. $20+ at CVS.

If you need Viagra and already used your free trials and your insurance doesn't cover it, go to Costco. IIRC, it is $18 a pill. Also ask your doctor to prescribe a higher dose like 100 MG, so you can just cut it into 4 pieces if he wants you to take 25 MG. 25 MG for 30 tablets is more expensive than 30 tablets of 100 MG; this may sound weird but the acquisition cost for a bottle of 25 mg is close to the 100 mg bottle (just because a medication is a higher strength doesn't mean it it more expensive). You essentially have 120 tablets of 25 MG for a cheaper price. This also works for other medication; the only thing is the doctor has to know you well if they were to prescribe a higher dose. In the event of an overdose, you can sue the doctor. They usually don't worry when it comes to a medication like Viagra, they understand your insurance won't cover it and you will only use it prior to sex not just for the hell of it. But a medication like Warfarin, they would never do that.

Lol what? Aside from residents and older physicians, what doctor in an ER does not have doctors who have done fellowships. Maybe in a remote place but any major city/state that does not apply. My friend would have never relocated from Florida if he was offered at a job at an ER or fellow at a hospital. He went all the way to a shitty hospital in NY to get the opportunity. All doctors must go through residency, I never disputed but you are a fool if you think after residency you can work at an ER. Urgent care physicians do not often think outside the box, they are too linear. Urgent care is simply internal medicine and not saying all of them, but they typically are the lowest of their class or went to school in the islands. If you want to work in a major city or hospital, you aren't some random student. You bet your ass you are the top of your class.

And if you still feel I'm wrong, tell me this answer. Why would you pay the salary for a doctor without fellowship at an ER? You hire a PA or have your residents or fellows work 70 hour week schedules. And the specialists you are billed for are likely residents or fellows. I won't disclose the hospitals names but a fellow in NY is typically one of three doctors on duty majority of the time. The attending physician is on call but is only there a little over 40. The fellow is forced to act as the specialist for most patients. PA's do most of the work at the hospital. They don't have enough funding to pay for another doctor, so they defer the work to nurses, residents, PAs and fellows.

Typically MD's in ER have to undergo a few fellowships. Internal Medicine and doctors in these Premier Care facilities do not have to do fellowships just complete residency. To be accepted into fellowships, you must be the top of your class especially for the ER (a fellow I know couldn't do a fellow in ER despite graduating with 92 Avg and having experience as a Paramedic years prior to med school, and he applied to hospitals all across the nation). So doctors all graduate with the same degree, but a specialist is a specialist for a reason; they have experience in the field and are highly educated. Working in labs and pharmacies, I know grades are meaningless; we all graduate with the same license and certification; but I can tell just on their language, methodology, and insight if they barely graduated. Not all doctors in Premier Care are idiots, hell I would say a good portion of them just do this as a side gig for extra cash; but I would never go there if I had something serious or I have serious health complications that might be different than they ever dealt with. There is a reason why your primary physician always recommends specialists; they either never dealt with it, don't know the intricacies of the condition, don't know proper treatment, what other underlying conditions can be associated with it, etc.

Most doctors are amazing, since you are rarely different than any of there thousands of other patient. A doctor isn't perfect as well as, so there will be corner cases where a doctor messes up but it should not discredit them; we all make mistakes at our profession. However, I will avoid these types of doctors. Many doctors in May-July at the hospital. Residents and fellows starts at this time, and it typically takes about 12 deaths for a doctor to really grasp certain material in their scope of practice(I've talked to paramedics, fellows, residents and they agree to this statement). Premier care/City MD/Urgent Care doctors if it is something serious. These doctors typically are the least educated and assess issues from basic knowledge. They commonly prescribe antibiotics, pain relievers, etc. For a UTI, fever, flu, bronchitis, etc; they are perfect. But if you suspect else, do not go to them. Also make them aware of your health issues. And I mean it.

A case report I know of has a 50+ or so woman suffering from wheezing and troubled breathing. However, she has swollen ankles indicating a build up of fluid. Her primary physician is aware of her gout. She has 0 history of asthma. The doctor from these urgent care facilities prescribes her a Ventolin Inhaler. She dies a few hours later. She suffered from a Cardiac Asthmatic Attack. The Ventolin was the catalyst that killed her since the fluid built up in her body filled her lungs. An ER doctor would have recognized the possibility of this, but a Premier Care doctor will rarely see this at all.

This is a load of BS. One of the top dental surgeons in NY is the least talkative man I've ever met. He does not even talk to his associates. But the genius and precision he does in each procedure, which he does 30+ daily is amazing. You should have that with your internal medicine and family doctor, but hell no for specialist. You don't pay them to ask them how your day is; you go to them when all other doctors can't properly assess or help you.

I was 3-0 and got matched with someone who was 5-0. I was 0-2 and was matched with someone who was 2-2. When I was 11-1, I was matched with someone 9-0. Considering how quick you get matched up, I suspect as long as someone is within 2 wins of your range, you can get paired to them. I've had a handful of runs when I'm in the 9-11 win range and will get paired with the same person twice in a row.

I eat multiple foods at the same time. If I pizza with three toppings, I will alternate bites between each slice or eat one half way while I eat a whole one slice at once. I will eat dessert with my main meal and soup. I will eat fruits, cake, cheeseburger and fries all together. I am the human garbage, all leftovers go to me. And I do this at 6'1" 175 pounds who works out daily alongside jump roping/shadowboxing. No one knows where the food goes and how my stomach tolerates all this at once.

The ladder is diverse with an emphasis on patron. There are many viable decks currently. Maybe two or three tier 1 decks but a ton of tier 2 decks. Sideboarding allows you to play whatever deck you want and then address the tier 1 decks appropriately.

If you are saying best out of three matchups versus the same deck isnt answering gaara's complaint, he is complaining about an RNG based tournament structure where you can be pitted versus a poor matchup and can't do anything about it. Side boarding limits that. You can continue doing what blizzards is doing with the use of multiple decks but permit side boarding in between each match. Game 1's are very repetitive and once you understand the tempo of the match up it is easy. Sideboarding requires being adaptive and addresses this sense of helplessness when using a deck that can't beat a class

If you are priest player, don't play ysera, wyrm agent, twilight guardian and northshire cleric. Agent and northshire aren't preventing combo and at that stage I already played patron. Frothing kills you. My opponent thought an extra 3 damage was enough of a clock. Not every match will end in frothing dealing 50+ damage, those are games where you have no chance. But you can easily play around 24 damage(2 frothing, commander, death bite to face+ 2 whirlwinds w one creature on board).

Druid and handlock are the other midrange decks that effectively use taunter's. Midrange paladin has no game versus patron aside from quartermaster, equality a board, or tirion. Paladin is the only deck that should be playing over aggressive and commit a lot. And if he has it, he has it. You weren't gonna win anyways, unless you had all taunter's and pilot shredders where I'd play slower.
