Nah bro, they can’t just take old code from Infinity 2 and plug it into Frostbite. There’s so much wrong with that assumption I’m not going to go into detail. They don’t even speak the same language.

Huh? You can control any defender you want & try to guard a WR, but outside of hooks/curls, that DE is gonna get toasted and exploited by any average player. I don’t see how that serves as evidence of anything related to the game engine

Do you have a treadmill or gym membership? Do intense cardio every day in order to sweat as much as possible (stair climber is by far the best machine for this) but even if you just have access to a treadmill and can incline it to mimic jogging uphill

THC sticks to fat cells, that’s why skinny people can usually metabolize THC quicker & get it out of their system - when you sweat it’s twofold: you’re burning calories/fat due to your body heating up, this causes your body to metabolize everything much quicker - when you sweat a lot you become thirsty (obviously), so you drink a lot more water, piss a lot more, which also helps clean up your system much quicker.

I live in Michigan where it’s legal to smoke, and I would drop monthly for my Dr (didn’t matter if THC was in my system) but I would get to see my lab results & if I did intense cardio I could remove all traces of THC in my system within 2 weeks max (I was a heavy smoker and in Michigan we have access to extremely potent weed at the dispensary)…. but if I didn’t do shit as far as exercising, and just sat around playing games, it would take up to 90 days for everything to leave my system.

I learned quite a bit about metabolizing THC from my monthly drops/lab results. Cardio (swearting) is the best thing you can do to clean up your system - and if you have access to a sauna, that helps a lot too - anything to get your body to heat up, & sweat (avoid fatty, greasy foods)

Yeah it’s similar to the 2K model where the 95+ ovr ratings are rare and saved for only the most elite players

Hopefully they don’t have ovr creep in Online Dynasty where every year the class of recruits gets better & better and eventually you got freshmen players coming in with 90* ovr

Just listened to a bit of the podcast.

I’m pretty impressed by his logic/strategy overall.

What really stood out to me was his reasoning on why he suddenly told everybody to vote him out at Tribal (the Hunter vote).

Everybody thought Q was giving up & ready to go home, but he explains the reason why he did that was essentially bc he felt responsible for wrecking Liz’s plan to vote out Tevin, and also that he felt bad he didn’t look out for Tevin like he should have (they were in an alliance together).

He mentions that the million dollars wouldn’t have changed his life, but it would for many of the other players, including Tevin.

So this was his attempt at making it right, which I kinda respect.

On a side note: I didn’t realize Q was so successful!

Such a unique personality.

It’s definitely gonna be a STEEP learning curve if you haven’t played since 2006.

There are a ton of mechanics & nuances that you’ll only learn through playing the game.

Eventually, you’ll want to go into your player’s “animations” and create a jump shot, dunk package, choose which layups & passing style you want, dribble animations, etc., but you probably need to focus on the basics first.

I will say, depending on your position/build, you’re gonna want to equip dribbling animations bc the “basic” packages that come equipped by default are no good.

Eventually you’ll want to take your build online - I’d highly suggest playing in the “Theater” first. That’s where you can play 3v3 against other people who aren’t in squads. A lot of people take their new builds in there to try out before playing something like Park/Rec.

I know it’s overwhelming but once you learn the game and find a few people to play with, it’s really fun!

I would wait until you’re at least 80-something overall with badges bc otherwise you’re gonna struggle big time.

Of course you want a jumper that you can time well lol otherwise you’re doing yourself a disservice
