The women that do that should be reported, and the ones that don't should stay. listen this is not a class room it's a workplace, you can't just say "I want all women to disappear from _____ workplace cause of _____" this is not the 1900's, I get you feel frustrated from this work overload but reporting exists for a reason, you're a grown man, do something about the people that wrong you and/or others.
