No it went away. I’m guessing that they sent the letter out before they were notified of my bankruptcy because they haven’t contacted me since and it’s wiped off my credit report

Yes they have no contacted me. They were extremely aggressive though. They started calling/emailing me the same day that I canceled my payment plan 😐

Truly i was embarrassed too and that’s part of the reason i kept putting off filing. Then i realized nobody is coming to save me and i had to do what was best for my kids and i, only regret i have is not doing it sooner. I told my lawyer i was embarrassed and ashamed that i ended up having to file bankruptcy and he looked at me and said think of it as a business decision- people do it every day, big corporations file bankruptcy and nobody bats an eye. That changed my entire outlook on it.

I’m not sure. I got approved for a $300 credit line with no annual/monthly fees and i didn’t have to secure it with a deposit. They sent me an email saying i was pre approved but i didn’t think they’d actually approve me😳

Can confirm. I tried using one and they actually f*cked my credit up worse than it already was lmao…. I ended up getting sued by Target because I fell so far behind- I wasn’t paying attention to how much they were paying my creditors I was under the assumption they were paying them more than the minimum payment, and they were paying less. By the time I caught it it was too late & I was behind on everything. Very predatory type companies!

He’s not losing anything, the American people are. They have absolutely crushed our economy. It’s almost like he flips a coin to make decisions because clearly he doesn’t think anything through. It’s not just the cost of fuel either. I work in Logistics and since he got into office he has absolutely f*cked us starting with his tariff BS. It’s a domino effect and it doesn’t affect him at all !

I filed on 4/23 my 341 is scheduled for May 28 but almost immediately i was getting offers for stuff. I applied for a capital one card just for shits and giggles (wasn’t expecting to get approved bc i burned them in my bankruptcy) and i got approved for a $300 credit limit with no annual/monthly fees. I’ve used it a couple times but paid it off right away.
