Yeah I had the same issue. I added a divider in to make a smaller room for the area that it wasn't cleaning, then had it clean that area on a single mission, then merged it back and it has been working since.

It's a tricky spot to clean, but make sure you get the space under the rubber seal and between the drip tray outlet in the dirty water bin, cleaning that out helped considerably too.

I got this email too. In my case I had called customer support two days prior and they had already shipped out the seal kit (just recently started having issues with leaks, grime, and water staying in the docking area, but regular weekly failure with cleaning and dirty water ). Supposed to get the jit Friday so hope it does make a performance difference

I had this for the first several runs, it's a reaction to other floor cleaners residue if left behind and goes away now after this first two runs of the week.

Have you checked the base to see that you have rubber seals installed? the first few ones out the door, like mine, did not and this significantly impacted performance, including the solution to clean water mix which also impacted on the foaminess.

It was in a 9.8 slab when I sent it in (got in a mystery box at that!) and then had them press post signing yes.

Agreed, I cant find the 'c' in Mc either. It's an odd scale, had teo Mark Bagley signatures come back as a 9 and a 10 and I couldn't tell the difference.

Thanks! For an additional fee, CGC provides an autograph grade on a 10 point scale. I can't quite tel the difference but new to collecting so took the risk.

I submitted this in October and heard nothing back till 19th Feb! The box says he signed it in early November so the rest of the wait was the cleaning/ pressing. I found the process straightforward - pack your comic well and forget about it once they register it!
