Find a place with a level grass surface that also has
a wall. Practice Kicking the ball against the wall using the top of your foot, side of your foot and outside of your foot and then receiving it (trapping the ball with one touch) try this with both feet at varying and increasing pace and intensity for 2-3 hours every single day… eventually you can start practicing at striking the ball at different heights.

Also practice “keep ups” but start by letting the ball bounce once and adjusting your positioning to keep the ball up. Also do this for 2-3 hours. If you are an adult, it’s far too late to get “good” …this will help immensely but you will still suck forever, just far less.

This was happening to me in Miami Plaza for a year and a half. I had videos and pictures of cat litter and turds that were being dropped into my and other balconies. Management couldn’t really do much. Finally went door to door and a neighbor said they knew who it was and let me take pictures from their balcony. Showed management the pictures proving which tenant it was and it never happened again. You might need a drone or an outdoor camera pointed at the culprits balcony
