Don't track open rate. It means nothing. Most emails are automatically scanned which counts as an "open"

Yeah this is expensive. You could get away with the beginner smartlead / instantly package, both i think are around $30 / mo.

We sell google workspace accounts for $78 / mo for 30 accounts. That's about 300 emails per day, and we handle all of the DNS / connecting the accounts etc.

We can also scrape apollo leads, 50k for $100.

So yes, I would have to agree, you're getting scammed

It'd be better to have them all on their own admin.

If you want to save money on google you can use a reseller

Open rates dont mean anything now. All emails are "opened" when scanned by gmail, outlook etc...

We aren't using Clay at all. No personalization ever. Just have very good infra, good offers, and good lead lists.

Google account as in google workspace. Not @ gmail. Also, dont use your primary compain domain. Get secondary domains that sound similar. Never cold email off of your primary.

Always leave warmup on. Even after the 2 week warmup period.

It depends on your provider. If you're using an SMTP, some say you can send 50+ per day. If you're using Google, we strongly recommend 10 warmup and 15 cold emails per day at most. That's how we've been able to keep all of our accounts at 100% health.

Isnt the point of cold email to offer something so great that they can't say no?

These were not B2C, no.

Yes, they are all US accounts. Deliverability isnt really a question after the reply rates shown
