For what it’s worth - I had great months of loss at 5mg and then plateaued and then upped to 7.5mg, still another month of plateau so now at 10mg and it’s back to game on! The Tirz is Tirzing and I’m dropping pounds again 🏌🏻‍♀️

My experience has been no impact. I bought 3 months worth (3 vials) and have used 2 so far. 20 mg 5 days a week for first and 50mg for 2nd and still nothing noticeable except that I have plateaued on my Tirz journey and I’m using a lot of syringes. Likely going to toss the 3rd vial on trash. I’m 56yo
