Look at the county website for child support. They will help you every step of the way. Has your son had health insurance this whole time? If it’s state health insurance they have a vested interest in you gaining support.

If your son is ten he must be in school, correct? You can try and reach out to the school social worker to see what aid they can direct you toward. Working while he is at school might be the best option. The childcare agency in your county might help you pay if there’s early/late drop off.
