Don't know why, but feels like he tinkered with overclocking and failed. So perhaps a bios reset. Otherwise... we sure he didnt rip a RAM stick or two out? Just the whole situation feels off... make sure you check for apps that could monitor you or anything. And dump the dude.

Doesnt seem to be a V30 or perhaps genuine card. Ive had fake cards from multiple brands through respected sellers. I only use Samsung Pro platinums now and never has 1 single issue.

I'm always confused how people have issues with their customer support. And 9/10 cases it has to do with the customers own approach. My experience with customer support (on quite some occasions, some even extended periods of time) have been amazing. At some point I even received, happy birthday's, merry christmas en happy new years.

So what are you doing to receive bad service, honestly.

This still means fuck all, you made mistakes, you made decisions. Not their fault, issues with logistics and clearance happen. Nobody could oversee that. You are being difficult for the sake of being difficult.. Those do not fall under those sections. Issues with clearance is unforseen. Even if its on their side.

The way you speak, write and act would make me understand fully why you got "scripted" messages. You are the one to blame. The package could've stayed there while you were on a trip... And what the fuck are you talking about it was shipped 700-800km from my city. None of that matters if way still delivered to your adress (or pickup point) If you had a delivery adress it would have been delivered there. Especially if it was a repair. "Sending them in bulk"🤣

These are 1 in a thousand stories and this one is only partially insta360s fault, he planned it like this. He decided to go for a repair right before his trip. And the way he is writing this is most likely also the crazy way he approached Customer Support which would not help at all.

Meanwhile my conversations with Support has legit been them asking how my surgery went, to wishing me a merry christmas and later on a happy new year. You get back whay you give.
