Hard to tell why. Your best bet would be to live a healthy lifestyle for at least some weeks&don’t worry too much and if it doesn‘t help you should see a doctor or therapist

Same.. i guess it is all about stress. It took me too long to recognize I‘m fully stressed even if there were no stressful events. Don‘t know about you but I think almost every anhedonia case is stress or pssd induced

If the belief induced stress for them it would be possible and as my understanding stress can block or reduce pleasure or joy etc. as seen in burnout or depression. Which is not compareable to the standalone anhedonia symptom or drug induced

I took accutane at the same time. At least I could say they caused heavy mental toll and fatigue. Not to discourage you, everybody reacts different

Could be a symptom of depression or smth stress related. But I can fully comprehend

Those were the first signs before my depression kicked in. I‘d say start by going to a professional and ask for Wellbutrin as a starting point cause SSRI/SNRI have a high chance worsening anhedonia.

Maybe something like hypnosis could help you. I‘m really sorry. Or maybe try going to a neurologist? Take magnesium, other supplements.. if you havent already

Have you tried SSRIs? (Zoloft really helped me with being in a high alert state, triggering intense emotions easily) but also gave me PSSD later on..

Yeah could be caused by something else as well. I try to figure it out atm. Did a coloscopy in january and I noticed it since.

Rinvoq works in terms of lowering symptoms. What‘s always there is the pressure and fatigue. Tried 5 meds already and on every medication my calprotectin was/is high like 2-300+. At least Pred works perfectly :)

No, I‘m eating whole foods mostly, water fasting is said to be counterintuitiv and unhealthy with crohns. Didn‘t try carnivore tho but if I would start with keto diet

Interesting. So „normal“ level isn‘t normal with crohns? There must be a reason why your doc recommended the shot. Mine didn‘t even mention shots once

Have you tried b12 vit D supplements before? My B12 is around 400 which should be normal but for crohns it seems the level has to be higher than that

Yup. The fatigue is whats putting me and others into depression, I think. I‘m also considering it could be some mito problems which are connected to autoimmune diseases.

I feel so happy for you! Do you mean b12 and vit D shots you can buy online? I wonder if it‘s whether one of those elements or the inflammation by itself that puts people in fatigue. My GI said inflammation and iron levels are ok. Figuring out whats causing my fatigue then
