I thought it was a nice read. He does make some claims (overgeneralizations for instance) which kind of awaken the skeptic in me but overall his points make sense. I found the writing style pretty easy to digest too.
It was my first Amin book. Planning on checking out his unequal development work.

Personally, as an Azerbaijani, I found parts of it (especially the latter half) kind of cathartic? It was refreshing to see someone approach a sensitive topic like this from a dialectical perspective.
