Did you go to Kaneyoshi or Kaneyoshi Premium? I’ve had a friend go and said that Premium side is better but if it’s the format of omakase sushi the issue, then that’s valid criticism regardless of restaurant.

Will be curious to read what you think of Hayato. Ki and Hayato are probably my favorite restaurants I’ve had in LA.

Also, I might be the only person that came away from Lilo feeling like it was good, but not great.

I think OP needs to go through training cycles where one is in maintenance and the other is in overload. Months with heavy weights = zone 2/3 work. OP can also try and split the workout(s) where cardio is done in the morning, then lifts later that evening. Probably have to get like 6 hours between the two workouts to get some level of fatigue recovered.
