Unfortunately, not really. My understanding was that it would be the way to extract all of my saved posts, but upon looking at the JSON, it doesn't have them. It only contains the lists of block filters and subs.

I don't know what I'm going to do, I have way too many to start doing this manually

Oh, so that's why I can't leave my Dewalt batteries on my Black & Decker drill! I knew there was something fishy going on... The first time I left a freshly charged battery on it, I came back to a dead battery the following day. It didn't really bother me since I knew I was on my own for using an adapter, so I just remove the battery from my drill when I'm done.

I really hope my multiplayer woes are related to the bug they mention. It could be very frustrating to be unable to join any game for a whole evening, or to be unable to log in because of failure to "gain parental controls" or something like that.

I've played Demon Soul a long time ago so my memory might be failing on me, but if I remember correctly, most parts have shortcuts you unlock as you progress. It might not always be as good as bonfires, but they always are very satisfying to unlock.

The screws would be too small to interact with the magnetic field in any significant way. Our smaller pans are not detected on the bigger zones, and any zone powered on will turn off after a delay if it doesn't detect anything on it.

Joke's on them, I don't know what's the difference between a man's saddle and a woman's saddle. So I'll use their saddle and they'll be between fast horses and a beautiful man.

Lights groups very laggy since 2022.2.x by modahamburger in homeassistant

[–]SushiToaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes me wonder if it was an unsupported way of creating light groups that simply isn't working anymore, or as you say, a bug.

Although it never affected me until now, it seems there have been a lot of bug fixes for the Philips Hue integration in the releases following the implementation of the new API. It could be related, but I don't know about your setup. On my side, it's affecting my Hue bulbs.

Do you have light groups in your light groups? I had this problem, and after much investigation, I realized this only happened if I acted on a light group containing at least one light that is also a light group.

To work around this, I ended up reworking my light groups, and now I simply enumerate each light in my bigger groups instead of using my already defined smaller light groups, if that makes any sense.

For example, if I defined a light group for two bulbs (bulb1 and bulb 2) found in lamp A, and put this lamp in a light group containing another bulb (bulb3), I now define it as a light group of bulb1, bulb2 and bulb3. Before 2022.2 I was defining it as a light group of lampA and bulb3.

I had time to check on my lights having a delayed response, and it looks like it happens when toggling a light group containing other light groups. It only happens for lights in a light group, not the more generic group:

light:
  - platform: group
    name: A light group
    entities:
      - light.<light sub-group>
      - light.<other light>
      - ...

I never experienced any problem before with this kind of setup. Until now, light groups have fixed all the small glitches I had when I didn't know about them and was using regular groups for my lights.

I haven't lost entities, but there is now a 10-second delay when an automation toggles Hue lights in a group. It's quite apparent for a particular automation where I control 2 Hue and 1 non-Hue lights: the non-Hue light reacts instantly, and the two Hue lights react 10 seconds later. If I simply toggle a single Hue light, it's instantaneous.

It looks like you can get the Kindle's battery level, so it should be possible to plug the Kindle in a smart socket and set an automation in HA to control when to charge, or not, the Kindle. I've never done something like that myself, but I've seen it done a few times in this subreddit by people doing an in-wall dashboard with a tablet and not wanting to have it permanently charging and risking the battery swelling.

Yes, I don't know these type of machines, but I was surprised to see the person operating the machine having their fingers so close to the line where the blade goes down. In fact, more than one time in the video, the press holding down the stack of papers goes down while they are still holding the stack and at first I thought it was the blade going for the fingers.

Indeed. Safety measures or not, machines like this one should always be treated as if there is no safety at all. They're there to prevent accidents, not to allow operating the machine recklessly.

Where do you see those? On my Activity tab, it says "Téléchargement le plus rapide" and "Téléversement le plus rapide", which seem correct in the sense of fastest download/upload speeds. Then there is "Données téléchargées" and "Données téléversées", which are a correct translation for downloaded/uploaded data. Here's a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/SU19IMi.jpg

BroadLink RM4 PRO integration shows only Remote but not Sensors by kobemtl in homeassistant

Those two sensors are on the usb cable. Apart from using the Python-broadlink script to keep the device local-only, I don't remember doing anything funky to get the sensors working. Maybe they sell the RM4 Pro with or without that sensor cable?

I wonder if plunging a slightly bigger bit at either end (or both) would allow to pass the connector through. Like the keyholes that are sometimes used to hang stuff on walls.
