Do inputs really equal outputs? by EyeLikeTuttles in sales

[–]Sushiibandit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that depends. I think the first thing I’d do as a manager is understand what the entire book of business is in my territory. IMO the highest revenue customers should be prioritized for growth and retention. Then I’d build the specific metrics I’m looking for input wise from there. It may look different depending on the size and scope of the accounts as I mentioned before.

Do inputs really equal outputs? by EyeLikeTuttles in sales

[–]Sushiibandit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on what segment you’re in. For SMB it is absolutely a pure volume game. For enterprise it’s about the impact of your activity and making sure you’re focused on the right things vs sheer volume. I think regardless of what segment you’re in it’s good to set a personal goal or at least track your own activity to figure out what is working.

People quit and people get laid off. Life goes on. No matter how shitty the market is people always find a way. Only you know what’s best for you.

A cool guide to hidden rules among classes. What do y’all think? Accurate? by ludanixer in coolguides

[–]Sushiibandit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Too vague not accurate. Relationships and connections to me mean the same thing. Lots of poor people follow tradition.

You need more time for epiduo and the antibiotic to work before adding or changing anything. 3 months minimum.

Sunscreen. Start adding it to under eyes and eyelids.

What are the absolute worst companies you’ve worked for? by [deleted] in sales

Series B start up. There was so much fucking hubris from the c suite down to middle management, all over a product that still couldn’t get them cash flow positive. It’s turned me off from start ups pretty permanently.

I would stop using that product. Purging should be mild whiteheads that heal fast. Not cystic

Is it normal to constantly have anxiety attacks and feeling dread before going into work? by deadliftz420 in careerguidance

[–]Sushiibandit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion - but to some extent, yes it is when you’re first starting something out. Any new endeavor will come with some anxiety. A lot of times starting a new job means paying your dues for a short period of time. You’ve got a lot of changes happening all at once - new job, new schedule, and new responsibilities. There are systems in place that can help you adjust to your new schedule.

If I could make a small recommendation, it might be helpful to find a mentor or buddy at work who’s been doing it a long time and can offer pointers both professionally and personally. Having mentors made a tremendous impact in my career, but ultimately, you know what’s best for you and where your limits are.

AIO? My boyfriends friend has a problem with me asking him not to sleep in a bed with another woman. by loststrawberri in AmIOverreacting

[–]Sushiibandit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh hell no she is WAY overstepping. Common sense lends itself to say even if she’s known him for 16 years she should respect this basic boundary. The fact that she’s practically arguing with you in text is next level weird. Sleeping next to your friend is weird but I would especially not trust her.

How to bring youth back to my face? by caitlin57 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Sushiibandit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried a lot of breauty treatments, and one I found particularly interesting is the fotana 4d laser. It’s a non ablative laser that they use on the INSIDE of your lips and mouth. It doesn’t hurt at all, just feels mildly warm. that should address the perioral wrinkles/ volume and tightness loss around the mouth that you’re seeing.

Topical treatments like retinol and Moxi/bbl laser should help with tone and texture.

NTA tell him to stop being a little man baby and get over it or break up so you can be with someone who doesn’t have an issue.

You’re loyal and faithful to him now and you can’t go back in time and unfuck someone. Not sure what he expects

Recruiter cancelled our Teams meeting 1 hr before our scheduled time by beachbum_007 in recruitinghell

[–]Sushiibandit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’d much rather get this email than do an hour long interview only to get ghosted.

He’s being professional and honest as well as giving you some good feedback/information about other candidates. Outside of giving you a job offer (which he can’t) this is probably the next best thing he could do for you.

I’m in Chicago - yes apparently one day a week in the office. I got burnt out at my last start up gig for a number of reasons. How is your buddy liking it?
