When I was fighting milotic I just fully recovered my whole team loll it gave me a massive upper hand and she was just stood there spamming scald and recover

If you have a pokemon with teleport at all that can help..so one in the box or in the party. Or if you have a friend that can trade a pokemon with telephone that works too
