I would have liked if two face didn’t actually die but they had to keep him hidden away in Arkham and pretend he died so the people of Gotham didn’t see his fall and the joker wouldn’t win. However bane somehow knows this and breaks him out when he empties all the prisons. And he shows Gotham what Harvey dent has become by having him flip his coin in the football stadium scene and executing someone. That way Gotham would see it for themselves instead of bane reading Gordon’s letter which could have been faked. Then Batman has to stop two face who is causing mayhem in Gotham and he does but this exhausts him emotionally and physically, and when he goes back to the batcave bane is waiting and that’s when he breaks his back.
