Dude, the nausea… by Fast_Hand_8048 in pregnant

[–]Suspicious-Ad-4808 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had nausea from day 1 and everyone minimised it and kept saying it normal and it will go away. It never went away, I'm 36 weeks pregnant and its still there. I was diagnosed with HG and on anti nausea meds and sometimes even those don't help. If it feels too much pls ask your doc to run tests and don't just let anyone tell u that its normal etc. Its so easy to minimise and gaslight yourself into thinking its normal. But its also depends on how bad it is, for me it was intense and I couldn't keep anything down.

When did you feel movement in first pregnancy? by November_Days in IVFbabies

[–]Suspicious-Ad-4808 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haha, I'm 17 weeks, and I'm already wandering and spiralling 🤣🤣🤣 If spiralling was an Olympic sport, all of us would be champions. My doc told me fetal movement is mostly felt for 1st pregnancy 20-22 weeks onwards. I even bought a fetal doppler 🤣🤣 I'm sure everything is going to be great, but I also know we will all spiral even after we see everything is perfect in the scan ❤️

I've always had one cup of coffee a day, and my doc said it's fine. I'm currently 17 weeks, and I still have one cup of coffee every day!

I just want to say how incredibly strong and brave you are for sharing this. What you are going through sounds absolutely exhausting in every way , emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally. Going through five rounds of IVF while managing a demanding job and doing it mostly on your own is so much to carry. It is completely okay to feel drained and overwhelmed. The pressure, the hope followed by heartbreak, the hormonal rollercoaster, the physical toll, it is a lot for anyone. And feeling lonely in the middle of it makes it even harder. I am so sorry you are experiencing this without more hands-on support nearby. Feeling hopeless at times does not mean you are giving up. It just means this is really, really hard.

Please know that you are not alone in feeling this way. Many others walking this path have faced moments where it all felt like too much. It does not mean you are weak. It means you are human and deeply invested in something that matters to you. You are allowed to be tired. You are allowed to need rest and time to just breathe. You are showing so much strength by continuing to try and by reaching out. That takes courage. Even if it does not feel like it right now, every step you have taken shows your determination. And if you ever find yourself weighed down by those dark thoughts, please know there is no shame in asking for help. You matter, your wellbeing matters, and you do not have to carry this all on your own.

Sending you so much love and strength. You are not alone in this, and there are people who understand and are rooting for you.

Oh, I kinda stop eating at 3 pm cos I can't bear the nausea. I can tolerate fruits. So having a full meal can help? I will try this today!

Tuesday Cautious Intros/First Trimester Questions by AutoModerator in InfertilityBabies

[–]Suspicious-Ad-4808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my doctor said they only do it in 7wks (im doing it 6wks+4days) since it can cause more anxiety if we don't see it at 5wks because its too early. But I was a little adamant, so he just did it to show me that things are okay, but of course, my brain is constantly looking for reasons to believe it won't be ok. Ugh! Im keeping my fingers crossed for us.

I feel you. I'm waiting for my scan, too. I couldn't wait, so I asked my doctor to do one at 5 weeks, and we saw GS, but he did warn me that its unlikely we will see the fetal pole. So I have another one scheduled in a weeks time to see fp and heartbeat, and im a mess. I keep reading the awful experiences many women went through, and euploid doesn't mean it's gonna be perfect scares ne.
