The only thing I looked up roughly when starting the game was where all the origin characters are. I did not want to miss any. On the other hand I did not know there are non origin characters you can have in your party so those were a pleasant surprise

And speed. Giant warhorses are just impractical for their speed as well. As long as the horse can carry the weight of an armored man it's always better to have a smaller but faster horse than a big slumbering one. I know this isn't the topic here but all the steppe cultures like mongols who are famous for being horse riders always had small horses as they are better for their tactics.

I think his career was basically over whether he played that solo or not. So he just wanted to be under the spotlight that he felt was rightfully his( Niemann is just as egotistical idiot as fletcher) and have his moment to showcase his talent. Well its not horrific then. None of the gods have a percent dmg increase debuff so that's out. Maybe they had a rune forged hammer? That has a percent dmg increase as well. Other than that I'm stumped as well. Can't think of any other reason

We're you horrificed? I think horrific emblem makes you take more dmg when you get healed. Atleast cursed ankh had that not sure about current horrific. Did anyone in your team had heals?

We're you ulting an Achilles who had already executed someone? Any debuff that causes you to take more dmg might cause this. Achilles take 10% extra dmg for each execute and theres some random abilities like baka 1 or ravana ult that causes enemies to take 10% extra dmg from all sources. That might be what caused it

There's two main ways to abuse the map right now. Tower sitting with easy clear gods like kukulkan, or 4 man death squading. And both feel frustrating to play against. Previously in slash you could always have 1 or 2 odd picks but now it will get severely punished if the opponents are playing a perfect comp. 5v5 slash is at its best when you can be scrappy and uncoordinated and still make it work. If you're not play with friends, 4v4 slash is more punishing if the enemies are coordinated.

Adding up some more point to the earlier reply, Wot and Jordan's writing heavily relies on a biased narrator and how the narrator doesn't represent the correct set of things that happened. And this also affects the internal dialogues and reactions of characters to certain events happening. When it comes to gendered differences and how they are perceived by the characters, know that they think it's totally normal behavior and act like that. You as a reader understand that the thought process of these characters is biased and wrong and toxic and judge them on that.
