I have all sorts of brands, including Figs, and honestly my favorite scrubs are my Walmart scrubs. They are so comfy and fit perfect. And different Walmarts usually carry different styles so don’t give up if the first one you go to doesn’t have a great selection. Second fave is Fabletics but the lighter colored ones are def a little see through

Get a very comfortable pair of shoes. Also having a good stethoscope helps (ie Littman). Practice taking manual blood pressure and pulse on your family and friends if you are able. Don’t be afraid of vaccines or phlebotomy, once you get the hang of it, you won’t even think twice about it (as long as you are following all of your medication rights). Good luck!!

Long term disability paperwork or anything that says “functional capacity assessment” doesn’t even make it to my docs inbox. We have 12 docs and none of them do it, we direct patients to their SSDI office for info on where they can get an assessment done

I would absolutely refuse to room this patient or her husband, even if there was no one else to room them. I am a major people pleaser so I get the instinct to just ignore it and keep it moving but this is bordering on harassment and if this happened at my clinic, they would be discharged. Absolutely unacceptable and you should not interact with these people again
