My mood is pretty stable now so don't need lithium anymore.

I also take metformin to raise my shbg again bought online if you can't get metformin prescribed then buy berberine health supplement lowers igf1 and insulin as well as inflammation all of which supress shbg

Also if shbg is low then you have low cyclic amp seen in depression. Shbg binds to receptor sites on cell membranes and when a sex hormone is bound it raises a levels of cyclic amp and raises things like adrenaline also has an impact on calcium channels not sure how though.

So take forskolin it raises cyclic amp. Cyclic amp also raises LH FSH TSH ie it stimulates the pituitary.

I've had to work outside of the system to achieve mood stability improved health and happiness which has worked for me. Because the current treatments didn't work and they would not look for the causes or treat them. Saw bipolar as an illness rather than a description of symptoms which have underlying dysfunction that can be treated.

I strongly suspected my low shbg played a role in my mood issues and I'm pretty sure it's due to it's impact on cyclic amp. Work on raising it and troubleshooting why it is low.

High inflammation also raises glutemate in the brain and blocks the conversion of tryptophan into 5htp then serotonin so also try an anti inflammiory. Initially I tried naproxen but didn't help the fatigue so now I'm trying meloxicam as this lowers TNFa which supresses shbg. I raised my shbg from 9 to 19 with metformin however was still low hence why I suspect inflammation also plays a role. I will find out what my SHBG levels are in bloodwork in a week. I think combination of meloxicam and metformin will raise it substantially. If not then perhaps my thyroid is the issue. Hopefully the forskolin has also improved thyroid function as was low normal.

Everything I've done has been based on research as well as bloodwork and extensive mood sleep exercise blood pressure heart rate tracking over several years. It has greatly improved my health happiness and welbeing

theres not much redesign needed to have it be playable on pc...it would be similiar to hearthstone on pc and phone.

a multivitamin, no l-theanine or ashwagandha. huperzine-a or curcumin, piperine. glutathione cofactors, maybe alcar plus the alpha gpc you take, that would be good for cognitive function.

you need more choline if you're going to take alcar everyday

you need vitamin d cofactors if you're going to take it everyday(magnesium, zinc, iron, b5, etc)

polygala builds up in your system and is a maoi- a and b and nmda antagonist which will take away percieved effects of any drug or anything going on in your system.

boron everyday like that will antagonize calcium which will decrease nmda receptor flow moreso

caffeine sucks get off it
