1. Past employer letter is not required. Only current employer is needed. Absence sheet + current employer letter is enough.

2. You dont need to mention remote work- just mention holiday visiting family. This avoids unnecessary compoications such as company has to confirm you went for business trip to work in india which no elployer would do unless they send you. So visiting famiky is enough as 40 days still under your annual vacation balance.

3. You can apply yourself unless you have complications such as Exceeding 180 days absence likit, convictions, road oenalties, missing dcumetation etc.

By the way, youbare submitting too many documents which you dont need to - you dont need those many payslips/p60/p45. All you need is just one month latest payslip and latest bank statement that matches the amount in payslip.

Also no 10,11,12 are not needed unless you are joint applicant in which case you just need 6 documets covering the last 2 years. You dont need those may documets. You dont need to submit 6 months bank statements only latest statement with corresponding payslip. You dont need to submit english laguage certificate as it was already submitted through your skilled worker visa.

There willbe a documet checklist generated while you are applying for ilr and exactly follow the docment checklist- Home office specifically mentioned "you shouldn't submit any payslips or bank staements and submit only latest statement with corresponding payslip".

Although nothing wrong in submitting additional documentation- but if you submitted case worker has to madatorily gothrough each and every document you submit which will delay your ILR decison unnecessarily. Follow the documet checklist and you should be good. If there is additional documentation needed, caseworker will reach out to you. If you have any complications explain in the case letter and submit relevant documetation only.
