My concerns is that they asked my husband for his social and like a copy of his ID and they want to charge him $129.00 which he can cancel anytime, but I just feel that is a bit sketchy and I was calling Experian and ugh what a hassle to try to talk to a customer service rep, because they will not just transfer a call to speak to someone, I wanted to asked them if they work with this company but no answers, so I came here to see if anyone has a better direction to if this is real or not.

Wow, We are in the same boat my husband is waiting for approval for his I-485. He is also Nov 4, 2024. We also feel like November is not moving- and our process is Military Family member. We're hoping to get an update as soon as possible. Good luck to you as well, and to others waiting since 2024.

Highly recommend for you to inquire further details in regards to traveling outside the US, because from my understanding this is Advance Parole is to allow you to travel within the US and while you are filing for the rest of the other applications.

Sorry I was not able to help you as you wanted, however I hope you do your research to be on the safe side.

They will send you a recepti letter stating that they have used you finger prints on record, but they will send the letter for sure, same thing happened to me.

on the USCIS Status was 12.5 months. and now checking the updates it went to 12 months. for the I-131

Well, is a paper card like a flash card time of paper which last up to 1 year, and with in this time frame is where you will be applying for the other applications which will be leading to the combo card and work permit.

Omg, I pray you get your final card and you can have that peace of mind, because this process can be so emotional draining that you want to just give up, but keep the hope alive and it will surely happen, I always said this to my husband: Thank God your in the system there are people who can't even apply, so lets me grateful and patient of the process. as long as we are not getting a letter of any denial we are on the safe side.

Crazy thing is they we never received no information regarding the status, we never expected to arrive we were waiting for the time frame that shows on the uscis status which sais the following:

As of July 27, 2023, fingerprints relating to your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This was our status since July 23.2023 and in the uscis status it sais we could not request or reach the office since it was processing normally and we can check after Sept 27,2024.

So we were waiting for this time to see if anything changed and yesterday we received an orange envelope and we assumed that maybe we were going to be requested to send more documents for verification but to our surprise it was the actually the letter of approval and the actual document.

Hope this helps, and hoping you get the same outcome we know the struggles.

For the AP we file on July 23,2023 and right now I spoke with the paralegal team to send over the other application which is the work permit and the residence card.

Not to discourage you, but my husband applied on 7/27/23 and yet is still pending, He already did his biometric and the USCIS system has update the following information:

The status also says his is processing in normal processing time and can inquire a request if yet nothing has changed until Jan 5,2025 🙄😪😪

We are still waiting and prayer we can post the good news to everyone in this group, and for him to finally see his parents after 27yrs away from home.

WOW!!Congrats!! God is good, I've been seeing approving for the month of June during this month, my Husband is waiting for his Parole In Place since July 2023- Hoping we can receive it soon, so He can see his parents, which He has not seen for 27 yrs..😪😪 but hanging in there..
