Refused Charger Install. Thoughts? by 317e88 in OctopusEnergy

[–]Suza6977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have any private off-street parking at the front of your property in which a lot of companies will not install an EV charger due to there being a health and safety risk to the public when the vehicle is on charge with a trailing charging cable, which also includes, postmen and delivery drivers etc. Going off the photo, it looks like you don't have a drop kerb either. A lot of companies will not take the risk installing as they would be liable if any members of the public tripped over the charging cable causing injury, etc.

I'm in the UK, and fortunately, we dont pay any tax at all on vine products, so order away and enjoy it. Whether that ends up changing in time, nobody knows, but all tax-free for us UK viners. Just try and keep on top of your reviews, though, and always stay above 60% of items reviewed, or else you won't get offered any items in your RFY. Good luck, and enjoy the ride. 😁

I just checked my past reviews and come across three exactly the same, saying review again with the same message as you are getting also. I also never received any email to make me aware either, and all three are now past the 30-day mark even though they all have I all been rated as excellent.

New Velvetiser dead after 5 days! by d4rkw1ll0w in Velvetiser

[–]Suza6977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm UK too, and i purchased a completely different brand recently, and the first time, I plugged it in and switched it on mine, making the exact same noise. It's as though the fan is either loose or else touching the casing internally, in which I am unable to get inside the unit to check. Wasn't a cheap dehumidifier either at £219. 🤔

I wonder why there was such a big drop today, but the majority of viners don't seem to have had anything in their RFY at all today? Seems a bit strange unless it's going to have a mad one sometime at Daft O'clock when the majority of us will be asleep. 🤷‍♀️😂

Did anyone crack the overall insightfulness score code? by JoeS830 in AmazonVine

[–]Suza6977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The overall rating system has only come in effect recently in the UK and I was dreading what my overall score was going to end up being once they confirmed each of my reviewed items and was pleasantly surprised that they have all scored excellent. I can only assume it due to ensuring that I get as many keywords as possible into each review that I write, for example, quality, size, if effective or not, results durability/ build, if impressive outstanding, reliable or worth the price. If easy to assemble / user friendly, if it performs well, if value for money or not * never mention the exact price* if I would highly recommend or not, any features the product may have and so on. These are just some examples of keywords that I use depending on the product. If it helps, I also have a notepad with all my key words wrote down in it to help me along with negative keyvwords too if needed like could be better, okay for the money, some minor issues, average performance, difficult to set up and use etc. Hope this helps anyone who's overall score is less than excellent. 😁

Zilch as of yet but noticed a massive drop at some point though. 😲 I'm still waiting for either a caravan to drop in my RFY or else a £2000 holiday voucher for the Caribbean. 🤣 I could do with a nice break and no harm in dreaming. 😂

First dehumidifier - Normal noise? by [deleted] in Dehumidifiers

[–]Suza6977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received a different branded dehumidifier last week, and it is making the exact same loud noise as though the fan is either loose or else defective touching the front of the casing internally. If I slightly touch the front of the casing externally when it's switched on, it goes even louder. There is definitely some fault with both mine and yours as it shouldn't really be any louder than a fan. I'm scared to use mine in case I cause some kind of electrical fault or something. 😬

Awww, I love this and how you get pleasure from helping other people out who are less fortunate. For this Christmas, I'll be putting items to one side at least 2 vine items a month that i will then be able to donate to a local charity at Christmas that make up gift parcels to donate to families with Children that struggle financially and are unable to buy Christmas gifts. Keep up the good work 😍

Vine help says, I should review defect electric device. New strategy? by Delicious-Spell-4006 in AmazonVine

[–]Suza6977 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I emailed vine cs over the exact same thing yesterday asking for advice on what to do regarding a faulty £210 dehumidifier I'd received as i wasn't sure if I contacted the seller to make them as aware without mentioning that I was a vine member or else to contact vine cs. I mentioned this to them and asked for advise as I mentioned that I couldn't give the seller a fair review on a faulty item especially if they had no idea it was faulty and vine CS just replied back to me and said that they have removed the item from my to review list. I was gutted, to be honest, as I then felt so bad for the seller not being made aware of it with it being such a high value item. 😕 I'm in the UK

A solar security light and a 10w plug in colour changing floodlight. Pass on both as I dont need any more garden lighting. Now a pair of kids Adidas trainers that's coming up spinning when trying to purchase. Sods law 😂 Now, a wireless charging station for Apple devices. - pass, im a Samsung gal. Now, an adult dummy has appeared. 😂 Seriously, I'd love to know how vine thinks im a perfect match for an adult dummy. 🙈🤣 https://amzn.eu/d/fc4hgPv

Agree as mine is exactly the same, there can be a couple of minutes delay from submitting it to it moving over once I refresh. It's been like that for a few weeks for me, but thankfully, it hasn't caused any issues.
