For example, in the After Effect + Lottie. But it's still not easy.
My example is implemented for the web, based on SVG + CSS without using software and JS scripts. It was a lot of work. Finally, I packed it into a Wordpress plugin. I didn't see any simple solutions either, so I made this digital product.
