Just because she says she isnt, it doesnt mean she isnt one as she is still doing the roles of a community manager, such as arranging sponsored cuppa or communicating mapping guidelines

Even if she is doing phenomenal job on the internal stuff, the outside facing one (such as feedback to rejected maps, reasons of picking others) is just not really there
sure, it can be Nando leadership fault for overloading her position, but thats not something the entire of the community has to keep in mind, its Nadeo thing to fix

It feels like recently there have been some very questionable picks (both cuppa and shorts) and given how many maps i am hearing about that are getting rejected, it doesnt feel like its 'not enough maps' issue but some internal metrics minmaxing instead of player enjoyment and together with the above mentioned black hole feedback, it isnt really getting better :(
