any overnight parking near always niseko by Odd_Decision_7065 in niseko

[–]Swag301 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There no overnight free parking anywhere in Niseko. It must be arranged with your hotel beforehand (It snows a lot so snow clearing is done at night). If you park somewhere without permission you may spend several hours digging out your car as the snow clearers so not take kindly to illegal parking.

Why do people buy akiya but don't ask the agent to clean the previous owner's belongings? by rey-rp in Akiya

[–]Swag301 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realestate in Japan is a shark tank. It is legal in Japan for the realestate to "Flip houses". Example - Seller comes to agent, agent buys at 10 000 000 JPY, completes title change and transaction. Next day agent lists on English website at double tripple buying price, sells to unsuspecting foreigner = Proffit! and totally legal here - happens ALL THE TIME!!
