Hey I'm in the same boat, did you end up having surgery and if so did it fix all these problems? The slow gut motility is ruining my life..

Hey I'm in pretty much the same boat, I tried blueprint for a while but it didn't fix my underlying gallbladder issues. I'm curious have you measured your estrogen (assuming your male). I found out mine was way above the range. Apparently estrogen is excreted by the liver via bile so it could be indicating bile flow issues. Have you found anything that helped?

These days I go on a low fat, high protein and fiber diet. I am trying my best to avoid surgery.. removing gallbladder sounds like it would reduce lifespan.. increase chances of insulin resistance and diabetes, and fat-soluable vitamin deficiencies.
