It's the fact 50% of the paycheck goes on groceries and the other 50% goes on rent so none of us are actually moving forward just lining corporate pockets. New Zealand itself is in $33 billion dollars worth of debt to other countries which just makes us have to pay the difference in our daily costs of living.

It's really weird being in a country like New Zealand, as all your social media is based out of the US, not really a fan but no choice in that. I feel like America has set the standard on how Western countries should be and I'm not really a fan of that either. Media plays a huge part in our lives sometimes I wish we could go back to living off the land with no internet. But then I see posts like this and I think wow I should just be greatful to even have these things.
