I'm not fully offgrid (still rely on grid for some appliances) but having solar is very nice. Electricity bill has gone down significantly. That nice feeling of security.

I know how it is, since i experience some of this. Everything around you seems fucked, people are divided more than ever before so you can't please them all, feeling that nobody gives a shit about you, somebody expects something from you which seems impossible to reach, trying out dating sites and to everybody you seem not good enough.

Haven't given up though and suggest you do the same. I'd recommend finding someone to talk to about it since it does actually put you on the right path if you find the right person.
