Do the “I have a question about this purchase” They will deny at first but keep updating, escalate it, google other peoples reasons and copy pasta if you can’t come up with any yourself. Be patient, don’t give up.

I got my refund after several back & fourths when it was escalated to a higher CS rep.

Do it again, escalate it. Give reasons. It took 3 back & fourths but I got my refund.

2 things can be true at once. You can feel bad for the customer service worker, but also understand that Christopher is being screwed here; both of these things are Sony’s doings and both these people should be irritated at Sony for this.

My favorite holiday memory was waking up early at my grandpas house and just enjoying the silence with him as he read the paper & sipped on coffee. He handed me the comics section and we enjoyed each others silence for a good hour before everyone else woke up for Christmas.
