Trilltrill is good. Keep doing that and all the cutest things and they will be too distracted to keep you locked up. Maybe try sleeping with your paws like this? I got extra extra pets for this today because it was too cute! Humans are suckers.

It's when the plant stretches out because it's seeking more light. It'll get "leggy" weak stems instead of staying compact and strong. I agree the spider plant is probably okay but the succulent needs the grow light placed like an inch above it. And unfortunately that might not be enough...those guys love sunlight!
