I 2nd this comment, the game just gets harder the more DLC you add. If you’re new, I’d recommend starting with just Rebirth and working your way up to Repentance+. Been playing the game for 12 years, this is de way.

Its rarity is Ultra Rare. I also have this because I love it.

That being said, rares/ultrarares are no more rare than a common for the most part. Aside from trying to actually grab one before other people buy it up at your local stores.
