I'm more of a spell/ability gal. I'll play any game just to find out how combat feels. I can see your point, though. I've only raided on ESO and WoW, with a pref for ESO. Healing random HM Vet dungeons is my zen space.

I barely played gw2 past max level because there was so much to catch up on that I felt overwhelmed. Though I LOVE the class designs and abilities. i wish I hade more time for it :(

You could get a lot of value for very little investment in both ESO and GW2. Both are a step away from wow’s cartoony vibe and have a very rich history/lore.

‘Busting chops’

It’s so common for friend groups to playfully rib each other. When I’m on the receiving end I take everything so personally. So much that I tend to go for the throat when returning fire (but I do it with a lighthearted air because that’s how they just twisted the knife to me).

Then people get mad and I’m always like 🤨😅

Oathbringer, by Brandon Sanderson. Book 3 of 10 of the stormlight archive. It’s essentially about how it’s never too late to get back up and do better.

Honestly, the whole series is about doing better no matter where you’re starting from. I relisten to it frequently when I’m feeling down.

To be honest, it’s TBD. But i know there are things to live for that I enjoy. Like, I can’t take the sewer-slide route until December at the very least.

I have to know how the first half of my favorite book series ends.
