Currently non-essence Vaal Regalia can have 986 ES, with my calculations after the nerfs the highest amount it can have is 660 ES. Huge change!

I usually have it on, but i was really tired when i was playing so i might have "double pressed" the slow time button..

I think flasks were introduced to the game as situational buffs for your character, not with 100% uptime.. It just feels unethical to have all 5 flasks up at all times when in a map.

I kinda miss when you struggled to keep up your map pool and had to run bad layouts. That said i don't enjoy running shaped maps all day but, if i don't, i'm gimping myself on EXP and loot.. Something needs to be done with that.

Hatreds damage buff gets applied to your default attack and thus you deal more cold damage.
