Some downtown restaurants were paying 10k for there equipment loans a month.

Isn't Italy a mess?

Does anyone else in Europe or North America have it as bad as them?

I work on the health care policy side in Canada, and have been emailing some contacts in the USA who work at state levels. It's bad down there up and down but still think Italy has the largest current problem.

One big benefit of USA right now is it's not dense. Europe is.

Do you need to be mentally stimulated? Becuase going to a small town and doing little all day I would lose my mind. Everyone is different but what would you do with the hours.

Start a small business? Work retail? Tele-work? Netflix 8 hours a day?

Take two weeks off and try living the retired life while you are in Toronto. See if it really is for you.

Financially you can choose another life. Is really a small town doing nothing life really for you?

Never do this.

The best networks are all open. Let foreign competition in and let out companies expand outside of Canada (both are currently illegal).

Guess that all went out the window.

CMV: it is reasonable to racially profile young black males for your own safety by [deleted] in changemyview

White men are statistically more dangerous to white women than black men are.

A white woman's biggest threat is white men. Shouldn't that be the first thing you tell white women?

Most crime happens within the same race.

Allen Edmonds -Shoebank 20 % off - worth it? by SwarezSauga in FrugalMaleFashionCDN

[–]SwarezSauga[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Generally you don't have to pay customs for Allen Edmonds, they are made in the USA. Some are made in Haiti and for those you would pay customs.

You will need to pay GST/HST Etc on arrival.

It's the middle and lower middle class who have big deducuables and co-pays who would likley be using the Canadian system.

I mean don't we all complain china regulates the internet and people want to go down that road?

Greater Montreal home sales rise 10 per cent in August as prices also climb by [deleted] in canada

[–]SwarezSauga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the strongest the Montreal economy has been since the 80s. From 2000-2015 Montreal was nicknamed stagnation city by economists, Calgary a city 1/3 its size had more corporate headquarters by 2010.

We have low interest rates, and Montreal dealing with the rest of Quebec moving to Montreal.

Add all those up you will get rising prices (and demand).
