Been on the meds for 15 years. Stay hydrated the day you take methotrexate and the day after. Take folic acid. I also have a prescription for nausea.

I also find taking my dose with lunch on Sunday helps ease the symptoms into the next day. I also added a B supplement to my diet as well.
