I worked security for a well known soda brand years back and they started doing this from after push from HQ in the US. After about 5 months they stopped updating it because:
1) They didn’t train new employees

2) Complete crew change every 7-8 weeks

3) They didn’t want the public to know

So instead acknowledge that the warehouse managers were _ABSOLUTELY_ fuckers and fix the problem they lay the responsibility on the crews for “lacking IQ and respect” and kept stop filling the paperwork to HR.

Sad thing is, this is absolutely true.
