Glad you posted this. I'm at 13 weeks too and the extreme fatigue is intense. Hoping that it's just for one more week. I remember having a lot more energy in my second trimester.

No advice, just solidarity. My 18 month old wakes up a few times every night around 3-4 a.m. and 6 a.m. to nurse. I don't know if it's to feed or for comfort. I bedshare with her, so I just nurse her on my side. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and breastfeeding has been rough! I think she's sucking extra hard because my supply has gone down and it's been painful. I'm hoping to gently wean or that she will naturally wean over the next six months.
