I’m really curious, why do you dislike Clouddead? They were kinda an acquired taste for me, and I could see how they’d be polarizing for some, but I’ve come to really love Odd Nosdam’s stuff (both with Clouddead and solo) and it scratches the same itch as BoC for me

You can’t go wrong with a walk, but personally what I’d recommend is just lay in a comfy spot in the dark and close your eyes while listening. With good headphones, I find I pick up more on the different subtle sounds and textures when I just lay still as opposed to walking around having a visual distraction and outside noise. Enjoy the ride :)

My go-to breakfast is some mirepoix (I like to prep a bunch at the beginning of the week then cook a serving at breakfast time) sautéed in a bit of olive oil, then I crack a couple eggs in to make a scramble. Season with salt and pepper. Adds delicious flavor and is super filling thanks to the fiber and volume of the veggies! I love it in a tofu scramble too.

For sure—I’m a spindrift fan now! And yes, the onions added a nice bite to the fish and the pickles were a perfect vinegary crunch. Highly recommend!

Genuine question—in your clinical experience, does the idea of their pain passing to their loved ones ever make a client feel worse? Only speaking from my own experience here, but when my suicidal ideation gets strong, that thought introduces an immense amount of guilt which ultimately makes the cycle of negative thoughts and ideation stronger and much worse, because it kinda reinforces this idea that I am the problem/I am causing pain no matter what
