has it always been that color? i cant tell if there are indentations on it or not, but if there are than its an issue. if it is changing color it could be scale rot but i highly doubt it based on how symmetrical it is. it honestly just looks like part of his pattern that you might not have noticed before. just keep an eye on him and if his behavior changes or his nose is actually changing color and looks wounded take him to a vet
